How we handle your data

Last updated 31 May 2026

Who we are

Daily Rotations is a wellbeing service co-founded by Rosie and Tom. Our registered address is [PLACEHOLDER ADDRESS]. You can reach us at hello@dailyrotations.co.uk.

What data we collect

  • Contact form submissions — name, work email, team size, company name, any message you write.
  • Daily Rotations subscribers — first name, email address, and the goal you optionally share.
  • Email engagement — whether you opened our emails or clicked links, used to keep our list healthy and relevant.
  • Site analytics — aggregated, cookieless visitor counts (via Vercel Analytics). No tracking of individual users.

Why we collect it (lawful basis)

We process your data under the lawful basis of consent when you sign up to receive our communications, and legitimate interest when you contact us via our forms about workplace partnerships.

Who we share it with

We use trusted sub-processors to run the service. They process your data on our instructions only:

  • Vercel (United States) — hosting and analytics
  • Resend (United States) — sending and tracking our emails
  • Neon (United States) — database hosting

All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements and transfer your data under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).

How long we keep it

We keep subscriber data for as long as you remain subscribed. Once you unsubscribe, we retain a minimal record of the unsubscribe (timestamp and email hash) to honour your choice going forward. Enquiry form submissions are kept for 24 months and then deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@dailyrotations.co.uk and we’ll respond within 30 days.

You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you think we’ve mishandled your data: ico.org.uk.

Cookies

We use minimal, functional cookies only — for example, to remember your light/dark theme preference. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The last updated date is shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted at the next email you receive.
